On September 24, Pre-emptive LCA Social Cooperation Research Department Seminar was held at Hybrid. The lecture was given by Professor Minoru Fujii (Head of the System Innovation Laboratory, Social Systems Division, National Institute for Environmental Studies; Visiting Professor, Graduate School of Frontier Sciences, The University of Tokyo) on “Decarbonizing heat supply in the materials industry and effective utilization of waste.” Following the clear and accessible lecture on effective waste utilization, a lively discussion ensued, addressing both the opportunities and the challenges—such as implementation barriers—facing real-world adoption.
